Start-up of the ATHENS project
The ATHENS project started on 01.04.2019.
ATHENS is an integrated collaboration between the different regions of Flanders, Wallonia and France, in which research is carried out into different joining techniques of biodegradable thermoplastic composites and a demonstration model is drawn up to transfer this information to the industry. The Athens project was officially launched on 01.04.2019 by the project partners KU Leuven, IMT Lille Douai and Materia Nova, with financial support from Interreg.
An oral presentation abstract by IMT Lille Douai has been approved for participation at EUROMAT 2021 (https://www.euromat2021.org/).
An abstract by IMT Lille Douai has been selected for a flash presentation at the European Summer School on Bio-based Composites (ESBBC).
